The Eyeline

Peter works as a writer and a freelance stylist, I am sure you can tell by his chic clothing choices.  He also has a personal style blog The Starving Stylist so check it out.  He likes to shop at H&M, Holt Renfrew and Boutiques in Gastown.

I like how Lindsays mix is quite unexpected and fun, each piece has such personality.  She thrifted the jacket is Switzerland, the bow printed sweater was from a market in Hong Kong, the fur hat from a vintage store on Davie Street and her silver sneakers are San Sebastian.

Jill from New Zealand was visiting in Vancouver for two weeks. Her boots are from Barcelona, cashmere cardigan and hat are from New Zealand.  She is making sure to do some shopping on Robson Street while she’s here!

So pretty and leaning I HAD to get her photo.  I like her mix of pinks with the scarf, nailpolish and lipstick.  And the rest of her outfit in neutrals with a standout silver purse and dangling earrings.  Lelice is showing us how accessories are all you need to make an outfit.

Tamara is from Toronto and has also lived in Montreal and North Carolina.  She was in Vancouver visiting.  Her bright purple tights are what caught my eye, shes had them a long time and can’t remember where they were purchased. Her gorgeous floral print jacket was a great steal from an Urban Outfitters sale and the bag is from a Montreal designer and converts to messenger style as well.

Lucy got the skirt from Tommy Hilfiger and her purse is Coach.  She looks so sweet, light pink and soft grey is one of my favorite color combinations.

Anne just moved to Vancouver from Ontario, she shops for most of her clothes from vintage and thrift stores.  I like how each piece she is wearing is special; a well loved denim jacket, crochet scarf, antique necklace, batik dress and peacock feathered flats.

Jenny is the designer behind Hawks Ave, another fabulous .ca site.  It was funny, she said she knew someone was going to ask for her photo.  And how could I not, she has such unique style and her haircut and vintage fringe jacket are beyond cool.

Trevor got his blue sweater from H&M, the dress shirt is Club Monaco, he borrowed his boyfriends bowtie and his jeans are from The Original Levi Store on Robson Street. He also likes to shop at Winners.

With the perfect thick framed glasses, slim jeans and black dress shoes he really finished off this put together look.

Jenel got her eyeglasses from Granville Optical in the vintage section. Her bag is from a salvation army in Richmond and most other items are thrifted as well. Her shoes are Ingledews and her grandmother has the same pair.

She has such a perfect haircut, and the oversized cardigan paired with skinny denim is a great combination.
